Fusion wont load

I have the individual version of fusion 360. As I load into it I am met with the main screen and at the bottom it says "checking your account". the top left says "expired subscription, read only".

What do I do to fix this. Could my computer just be too slow?

@fishertalman Are you able to login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login ?

Can you tell me if you are on windows or Mac?

@fishertalman

Please try below steps.
1. Make sure that Fusion is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folder – Identity services,
3. Now start Fusion and login again.

Does that help?

I deleted the folders and ended Fusion in task manager. Im still stuck on the same screen though. The main page that wont let me close fusion unless I do it from the task manager. I deleted and reinstalled fusion before because it was doing this.

Does fusion launcher have to be in a specific folder?

@fishertalman Lets reset here

1. Make sure that Fusion is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

@fishertalman You can clear the entire Autodesk folder and then go to the next steps.

I did that and installed it again. I loaded it up and get stuck on the same screen.

I went to those files and couldn't find the web services folder.

@fishertalman

can you please check the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\AdskIdentityManager.exe\Debugger - if it's there and if it has the value "Blocked", remove that registry key

If the above does not work then can you collect logs for me?

1. Go to add/remove program

2. Select Autodesk Fusion - modify

This will launch the Fusion service utility

3. Run gather system info

4. Attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

The "AdskIdentityManager.exe\Debugger" part of those steps isnt there.

I try to launch the fusion service utility and it tries to launch for three seconds and crashes
