Fusion won't open

In the past day, have been trying to open fusion 360, and have been unsuccessful. I have used the program on my computer for the past 2 years and haven't had this issue. The last time I had the program open was on Monday. 

I have pretty much tried everything. Restart my computer, Reinstall fusion, etc. 

On start up I get this screen for a few secondsThen, it just hangs up like this with the icon at the bottom staying white out.
