Fusion won't open. It says I have latest version

My computer says I have the latest version but the program won't start. The fusion app icon is not visible anywhere.

 

I also uninstalled it completely, but keeps giving me the same message.

 

Please any help. Attached is the log

@XCruzDBDDZ You mentioned you have uninstalled it completely. I take it that you reinstalled and still facing this problem? 

If you have reinstalled it can you go to:

1. Add.remove programs

2. Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify
3. This will launch the service utility

4. Run the repair Fusion

Greetings  RajkumarIlanchelian !

 

Thanks for your response. That's also the issue, because it says that i have the latest version installed and if I want to open it, but it does not appear even on the add/remove programs section. Also the icon does not appear in the autodesk files. That is what is making me crazy. I don't really know what to do anymore.

 

The last hopeful thing would be uninstall everything from autodesk and begin from zero.

 

It is any other alternative or option available?

@XCruzDBDDZ Lets do a couple of things to see if it will help:

1. Go to task manager and make sure there I no Fusion.exe

2. . Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
3. Delete the shortcut you use to launch Fusion
3. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again?
4. Now install Fusion
