Fusion won't add someone to my team

I've been trying to add a user to my fusion team for the last month, and it won't add them. They've gotten no emails from fusion, don't see any pop ups in Autodesk Drive, Fusion Drive, A360, Fusion Desktop, or the Fusion Browser editor (I'm an education user)

If anyone has any ideas that'd be great, but I bet this'll need some staff help.
