Fusion will not load existing drawings or create new drawings.

This is my second request for help, my previous post did not provide any solution.

 

My Fusion 360 will not open existing drawings nor will it create new drawings, it starts the drawings then exits.

As I have clients needing drawings I need this fixed. Sometimes it just crashes.

Have you tried a clean uninstall, reinstall using the tool here

Thanks for your reply.

I've done a clean re-install but the problem remains exactly the same.

I still can't open exiting drawings nor create new drawings.

Hi @Anonymous 

 

There was an update that went live this morning which may fix your issue, please update Fusion and let us know if you are still facing any issues.

 

You could also have a look at your graphics driver, unfortunately a recent Windows update rolled back some graphics drivers which is affecting Fusion users, (see this article).

Thanks for replying and link to the article appreciated., I've updated
Fusion 360 but there's no improvement, drawings still will not open or
create.
The issue does seem to be with my graphics card. I've decided to upgrade my
system to a higher spec computer and an OTT graphics card. Hopefully this
will resolve this issue, I'll know in a few days.
