Fusion will not launch, the circle spins 3 times and stop

I have had fusion 360 on this machine before,  Used it a few months ago and it worked fine.   I have auto updates on window 10,  I went to use it and it just did not launch.  i followed the forums and tried a clean un-installer had a few errors,  I then tried it manual and cleared some stuff,   Ran the uninstaller again and got a clean un-install,   I have reinstalled,  no dice,  I have turned off my Norton 360 and nothing.   I even renewed my license thinking that was it.   please help.

@Anonymous There could be multiple reasons that this is happening. I am listing a few below but having the log files will certainly help. Here is how you can manually collect logs since the product does not launch. 

 

1. Do you have multiple monitors? If you do can you disconnect one and see if that helps?

2. This could be a failure to connect to Autodesk backend. Can you restart your internet router and see if that helps? 

3. Can you disconnect the internet and start Fusion and see if that works? 

 

These would a good test to start and see where the problem could be. As mentioned above the logs will certainly help.
