fusion will not lanch

Hello my fusion 360 will not start. I did a uninstall and reinstalled with no change. please help I'm just a hobbyist, so maybe im doing something wrong.

I select the icon I get a spinning wheel and then nothing, no crash report nothing

still not working. I did the fist one with no success  the second one dose not applied
