Fusion will not fully load

I seem to have a reoccurring issue with trying to launch Fusion.

This seems to happen every few weeks and I feel it started around the time Fusion went to this browser based login thing.

When I  try to launch, I get this far and it stops (See attached Pic). I have tried reinstall with no success. I tried doing the clean method and reinstalling with no success.

The only thing that seems to work is do use the cleaner and then go in and manually delete Every Autodesk and Fusion folders in AppData, then reinstall.

After having to do this now like 10 times over the past few months, its getting a bit old, and I am looking to see if there is a cause that can be fixed.

I dont know where the log files are stored, so I cannot upload any log data.

Anyone have an idea whats up?

OS is Windows 10 Pro

The Fusion Service Utility will gather the logs for you and once created, it will offer you the location to copy them from.  The process takes a few minutes so be patient.  If you cannot get to the Fusion Service Utility from inside Fusion this webpage will help you run it.

You might even try the Repair Fusion option in the utility.

Attached are the log files.

I tried the repair option and Reset option and neither worked.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is such a pain.

I am not associated with Autodesk, I am just a user of Fusion, like yourself.  I will ping @RajkumarIlanchelian and hope he can help or someone else in Autodesk Support.

@changedsoul Thanks for the logs.

1. Do you have any other Autodesk products on this machine ?

2. If you don’t then can you uninstall Autodesk Identity manager and run Fusion and see if that makes a difference ?

Based on the answers to the above we can look at next steps.

I do not have any other autodesk products installed.

I ended up just completely removing it and reinstalling again.

"When" this happens again, i will try the removal of identity manager and see if that is what is causing this issue.

Well its been a few months. I have not even used Fusion for over a month and I go to start it and it will not launch again.
Went to check for the presence of and uninstall Autodesk Identity Manager, and its not even installed on my system.

What can I check next?

@changedsoul Can you please attach logs again?

Also can you please do the below?

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again
