I'm a new design engineer at a company and they use fusion 360. I downloaded the program on a new Lenovo V series V15 computer and I am having issues where if I open a drawing file, the whole program locks up and I can't edit, close, or open new or old part files or any drawings files. I had to uninstall and reinstall fusion twice now and it still does it and now I can't download fusion at all anymore. I can't tell if its the program or if its the computer. But the computer is supposed to be the best cad laptop for this program. How do I fix this?

Hi @wesleyJDNC3 , not sure if you are still running into this issue but I can see that there are some errors in the installation logs referring to permission denied. I would check read/write permissions like mentioned here, as well as making sure than any Autodesk related processes are ended in task manager before reinstalling, including backend processes.
