Fusion turning on "Lock Horizon" on my SpaceMouse Pro, started happening today

I noticed today that Fusion keeps turning on "Lock Horizon" on my SpaceMouse Pro.

I have to go into the 3dconnexion settings to turn it off, but its happening a LOT, several times an hour.

I now have to keep the 3dconnexion settings window open all the time.

So occasionally over the years I noticed the space mouse would occasionally get gimbal locked, in the sense that I have to overexaggerate motion to get it to rotate certain directions, like its fighting certain rotations and if you just put up with it, it will eventually stops rotating completely on certain axis.

Today its been real bad, so I've left the settings window open at all time and I noticed that the Lock Horizon check box is getting turned on randomly for fusion. Weird thing is with it checked, you can still rotate but you get that rotational resistance behavior that keeps gets worse until it stops rotating properly. And turning lock horizon off resets it to normal.

I haven't seen a pattern that triggers it, happens seemingly randomly, but I was able to get it to happen twice today when all I did was insert a canvas. But it doesn't happen all the time as I've inserted a couple other canvases today as well.

Hoping someone has seen this and has a solution.

Hi,

With this setting, that won't happen again!

Just to confirm, you are seeing Lock Horizon within the 3DC Settings app re-enable itself, seemingly with no pattern or predictable timing? What version of the driver are you using?

Latest version (10.9.4.686). This started happening after whatever update was a week or so ago.

This has also been happening to me on the Spacemouse Wireless for the past few weeks or months. Currently using version 10.9.6.699.

1. change setting your driver to „legacy“

2. The Fusion update  July  (15. ?) should also include a solution.
