Fusion Team migration error - projects inaccessible

I'm on an Education licence. I migrated my files from single-user storage to my team yesterday morning. 24 hours later, some of the projects have not moved and are inaccessible (error: CB_URF - We're unable to synchronize your projects.). Some of them have moved to the team and are duplicated in situ and also inaccessible (error: Read access denied). My Team portal has shown two "Starting to move project..." jobs that will not resolve since yesterday. I chatted with Kevin Schneider on Facebook and he told me to contact support, but I can't see how to do so on an Education licence. How do I resolve this?
