Fusion STILL jumping to the front of the screen when trying to go to other apps

This one has been a problem for a LONG time, got marked as solved when it was NOT in this thread:

Same!.......and while we are at this topic.....Fusion ALSO often dives to the very back ( as if it Crashed) when it completes a processor-heavy task. I know of no other program now or since the Intel 80386 was released in 1985 that does this....but my memory can not be trusted!
