Fusion says I have 220 "jobs remaining" for upload but I don't and I can't save files anymore

EDIT: I fixed this by going into my %localappdata% folder and deleting both of the alphanumeric folders. I found an article for another issue I was having saying there should only be one. After I deleted them both and opened fusion another was made and there weren't any files in the upload/save queue.

Hope this helps.

Fusion is giving me this dialogue every time I attempt to close the application: "Fusion 360 cannot close until it completes any saves or uploads that have already started."

I have used the command:

Fusion.CancelUploads/force

To clear all files from the queue but it always says no files were removed. Moreover, I've uninstalled Fusion twice and this problem persists across installs. However, it does not persist on other computers as my laptop is unaffected. I think the issue began when I deleted a folder when fusion was in the middle of uploading 200-odd Vex parts. Either way this has become a huge thorn in my side as it either takes 30-45 minutes to save a file or it doesn't save at all. Any help would be appreciated; I'm beginning to lose it.

Did you use Fusion 360 in offline mode a lot?
IIRC files created while in offline mode are set as pending upload and they are not removed from the upload queue by the CancelUploads text command.

I try not to, but if I leave Fusion open overnight it will enter offline mode.

Nevermind then, the problem must be rooted somewhere else

I figured it out. I made an edit to my original message. It was a weird file issue
