Fusion not connecting

My Fusion 360 hasn't connected to the internet since yesterday afternoon. I did notice before that I was having tool library issues, like having to select my library every time I changed tools. Normally it would just open to it once I selected it once. Now I can't connect at all.

Hi @owarner5SRK2,

Thank you for posting in the community!

I am sorry to hear that is happening.  I imagine there might not be any change in your network settings from when it worked.  Can you please rename the Web Services folder (such as Web Service_bkup) using Explorer and then re-launch Fusion?  This will take you to the login screen the next time you launch Fusion.

To find this folder go to:

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Autodesk

** Note that if you are not able to access the folder, you would please turn on hidden files and folders on Windows - see this link for more information about this.

If this does not help, could you share the screenshot of the error message if you saw when you launched Fusion?

Hopefully this helps.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi @owarner5SRK2,

Thank you for the update.

Sorry to hear that my suggestion did not work.  Have you updated Fusion to the latest version (R2.0.4285)? - as I took a look at the log file again, it looked like a bit old version at that point.

If you haven't updated yet, can you please perform a clean-uninstall using an automatic cleaner tool - see this link for how to do an automatic clean uninstalling.  Then download a fresh installer by selecting Download Free Trial on this web page.

If this does not make any differences, would you mind sharing the Diagnostic log files again?

Hopefully this help!

Thanks.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled no help. I have taken it off my network, and
tried connecting using WiFi didn't work either. I keeps giving the same
error. Check network connection, and you need to be signed in to Autodesk. I
am signed into Autodesk. I don't understand how something can work for a
year, then all of the sudden craps out.

Hi @owarner5SRK2,

Thank you for the update!

Sorry to hear my suggestion did not work.  Can you please manually collect the Diagnostic log files in the system and send them to me via an email ([email protected])?  I will investigate this issue.

This link details how to manually collect the log files - if you have any questions, please let me know!

I would also appreciate your sharing the screenshot of the message if you saw the error when you launched Fusion.

Thanks.
