Fusion modelling screen does not update, but UI all functioning

Everytime I walk away from my machine for a time, when I come back I can no longer edit because although the UI is working, the screen of the model does not update - cant select, move orbit, nothing.

Cant find anyone else with this problem - ideas anyone?

Standard Windows 11 HP Victus i7

I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it seems to be okay
