Fusion loading problem

Hello everyone. I'm new to Fusion. I don't speak English, so I'll use a translator. I apologize for the errors. I can log in without any problems, but when I'm redirected to the program, I get a white screen. I suspect network issues.

I have done everything suggested in these links (I don't use a proxy network):

@rustella91 @Can you please collect logs from this machine? 

1. Go to fusion - help- support and diagnostics - fusion service utility 

2. Run the gather system info 

3. attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip
