Fusion keeps crashing since I did the update running on windows 11

Since I have done the update of Fusion, it keeps crashing on opening and I am unable to carry on with any of my projects that I was working on.

Sorry to hear that.

Can you try to uninstall and re-install Fusion?

Maybe the roll-out of your update didn't go well.

@MadMatt1 Are you getting a crash error report to submit to Autodesk when you crash? If you can you give me one of the generated report ID? 

Also, if you go into 

1. Add/remove program
2. Autodesk Fusion - Change/modify
3. Launches service utility 
4. Gather system info
5. Generates two zip files
6. Need the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

Do you have other Autodesk products on this machine?

I have just submitted another crash report, the ID is this one 751402055.

 

Hope this helps get to the bottom of this issue
