Hello!! there was a problem with the update, the download is only up to 10%, there is a network connection, the device restarted, but the update does not go
1. If you are on Windows Go to Add/remove program - Select Fusion 360 - change/modify - This will launch the Fusion 360 service utility. Run the repair Fusion 360 from here.
2. If you are on the Mac, Go to launchPad - Launch the Fusion 360 service utility - run the repair Fusion 360
If none of this helps, then using the same service utility, there is a gather system info. Can you please attach the zip file that gets generated?
