Fusion iOS 15.7 App - Objects only visible when i touch the screen

Hi,

as stated in the post title, in the iOS app the screen is blank unless i touch the screen. When i touch the screen and/or rotate or zoom the view with my fingers the objects appear as expected. As soon as i release the fingers from the screen the viewport goes blank instantly. The interface elements are still visible but none of the objects in the design.

Hi,

This is a known behavior since IOS 15.7, which has been described here several times.

Hello, same issue here. Is there a plan to fix this issue and when should this roughly happen?

Same issue as well. Perhaps it's a problem with the version of iPad we're using. Mine is an iPad Pro 12.9, 1st version. Either way, iOS 16 is coming out this month, so hopefully that fixes it.

FWIW, the A360 app is able to view files on iOS 16.0.3 on an iPhone (where it could not on 15.7). The Fusion 360 app just chokes with FVLF-2048 errors. I presume if it was ever able to pull the file down from Autodesk's worthless cloud, it'd draw it.

Have you noticed that the error is now fixed?

Rendering works in A360. I can’t get the Fusion 360 app to work at all. I presume the two apps share a canvas and, if the Fusion app was able to download files at all, it’d draw them again on 16.0.3.

I’ve just downloaded the iOS app version 2.7.1  and experience the exact same problem with an iPhone 13 mini with updated software.
anyone a solution?

I had this. I found if you clicked on settings and then cleared all data, (Resent, Offline and Uploads), it then worked.
