Fusion home page (Unable to click Data Panel)

Start up page unable to click on Data Panel (Grey out), if create new drawing then able to click back on data panel. At Data Panel find drawing or search for the file is faster than home page tab.

Anyway to turn on back this Data Panel when startup Fusion?
