Fusion has stopped loading on my desktop

I have been using fusion earlier today and it was open on my desktop but minimised. Now i am unable to open it. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but i get the following at the task bar and no further.

Can anyone please help?

@ibethel333 Can you also confirm if you had done a Windows update recently?

Hello Rajkumar

 

The issue has been resolved via Autodesk online help, they worked remotely on my pc. It was a windows issue, after logging in as a different user the issue went away. Thank you for your assistance.
