Fusion has defaulted to always displaying in a dull grey

Recently fusion started rendering everything in a reduced grey and cannot be used. I've seen this before when it has performance lag, but it's never lasted more than 30 seconds. Now it is permanant. Nothing has changed in my computers hardware setup. Anyone know how to get it working again?

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach to post.

Hello,

It is not the file. It is every file. No file will actually render. We just tried an uninstall and reinstall and it didn't fix the issue.
