Fusion hangs randomly every ~3 minutes in MacOS

Circle of death every ~3 minutes randomly. Sometimes when I'm doing something, sometimes when I'm not. Latest Fusion, latest MacOS.

Ok so now it freezes every minute. Yes, literally once a minute. i9 CPU on a 4 month old computer. Freezes once a minute...
