Fusion Freezing/ seems to stop working after windows updates

Recently had a windows update, and fusion stopped working and freezes every time i am trying to open.

Any updates on possible maintains on this?

@Tianhan_Zhang Its difficult to say what settings got changes in your system after the windows update but here are a few things that you can try to see what could be causing the problems:

1. Update graphics card drivers to ensure they are up-to-date as well
2. Go to add/remove programs and select Fusion 360 - change/modify and this will launch the Fusion service utility 
3. Do a reset of Fusion 360 and then run the repair of Fusion 360 
4. launch Fusion 360 now and see if that helps 

If it does not then go back to the Fusion service utility and run the gather system info. In the zip files that are generated please include the diagnostics.zip in to this thread.
