Fusion freezes and crashes constantly please help!!

So I have used Fusion 360 for a while now.  I have a small home business that I rely on Fusion to make and sell my products.  However recently I have been experiencing painfully slow speed, constant freezing and crashing on simple things such as a tool change, inserting a mesh, and the worst is processing an operation. I can't continue having to wait over an hour to have my computer back to be able to work, and then go back to square one of a frozen screen/black toolbar that is completely unusable.

When I load the program it starts out fine. Speed and use is easy and I can create a model, open a file, simple things. But when it comes to editing and saving said operations it normally loads to about 9% and then freezes/and or crashes. (screenshot 1) after letting it load for while in-case it takes a bit for the toolpath to generate, I either click on it to see if a setting is off, or I just try and click on google or something while I wait and then the whole thing slows down and freezes. Assuming that it hasn't frozen already for no reason. After the program crashes, I get this popup (see screenshot 2)

I also get a popup right after the crash from my computer security that tells me that my RAM has only 127MB left out of 11.79 GB and tells me I need to clean my PC to improve it's performance. I do know that it is related, but the last several crashes it has come up. And it comes directly from my security program installed on my computer, so I know it's not a scam popup. I have checked my storage and I have over 120 GB left as well.

I have done so many long weeks, months in fact of research on what could possibly be wrong. I've turned off several things under the "preferences" tab that some people on the forum recommended to turn of if the program is freezing. And even after that, including turning of the stock, nothing has changed.

Again, I have used this for a while and have never had any issues with it until a couple months ago and I can't afford to switch as I am a small business. I really want to stay with Fusion, so if there is any way that I can fix this, I will take any suggestions and/or wisdom on this.

I think the first thing I would do is find a good RAM checker and run it on your system.  I have found MemTest86 a good one but there are others.  With errors writing to your RAM, this is a good place to start.
