Fusion Files Not Uploading to Cloud

For the past couple weeks any file I edit or create in Fusion will not upload to the cloud. When I try to close Fusion it says files still uploading. I have waited hours for files to upload and they never do. Have tried force quitting Fusion, reopening and creating new test parts and they won't upload either.

Hi @tyler.reibert, thanks for posting.

If you did not do it yet, it may be worth checking the following article: File stuck in upload queue in Fusion 360.

Yes, I tried canceling and it says 0 files canceled even when using the FORCE option. I also converted from a Single-User Storage to a Team Storage and installed the new licensing update for multi-user subscriptions and files are still getting stuck in upload.

Hi @tyler.reibert, thanks for the reply.

You can try another approach. Please check the following steps:

  1. Close Fusion 360.

  2. Browse to:
    Mac: Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > (GUID) > W.Login
    Windows: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<GUID>\W.Login\
where (GUID) is a sequence of letters and numbers.

  3. Copy the entire Q directory and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml to a different directory for safe keeping.

  4. Delete the Q directory and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml.

  5. Delete the jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files in:
    Mac: Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > (GUID) > P.Login
    Windows:

    Windows: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\(GUID)\P.Login\

  6. Restart Fusion 360.

Note: The Library folder for Macs, and the AppData folder for Windows, could be hidden by default. For help on enabling the Library folder for Mac, click here, for Windows, click here

Since you create a copy of the Q folder, maybe it will be worth checking How to do a manual uninstall of Autodesk Fusion 360You will be able to paste the folder again after reinstallation if it will be necessary.
