Fusion Fails new install and fails un-install

The problem is that I get this Errno 22 error.  I've removed the folders listed below and tried to re-install but I get the same error that fusion failed to install.  I've also tried the 'clean-install' program and it says it has successfully cleaned things but still no luck in installing.

[Errno 22] Invalid argument

1. Restart the computer. 
2. Close any A360 desktop applications. 
3. Open File Explorer. 
4. Navigate to %localappdata%/Autodesk. 
5. Delete the Webdeploy and Web services folders. 
6. Reinstall Fusion 360. 

One thing I discovered is that there is an older copy of F360 on the computer.  I can open it up but it says I need to upgrade to open any of the files I have in the cloud.

@AlinOrtho Can you please try the solution point out in this thread? 

Regarding the older Fusion 360 that you seem to have on this machine, are you able to uninstall it from the Windows uninstaller?

No, the older version will not fully uninstall with the autodesk program.

Thank you for the thread and link.  I was able to use those directions to reload Fusion onto my machine.  All seems to be working fine, now.  Thank you!!!
