I have Fusion educational access and there is a message when I open the software that says it is expiring. I click on the button to renew access, and it shows that the access was renewed, but when I open Fusion it still shows that it is expiring. I have tried this twice and the problem is the same.  I have attached a screenshot of the page that says the access was renewed. I appreciate any help.

@vkellerYANYQ Can you try a logout/close Fusion/restart machine (not necessary but still ), login and now does the license sync?

Hi,

Thank you for the help. I signed out of Fusion, and restarted the PC. It still shows that it is expiring.

Thanks

@vkellerYANYQ one more test and also please direct message me the email used for your account. (also please get an image of what it is showing in Fusion)

Can you login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login and does it show as expiring?

I logged in and looked at the account settings. It shows that 1 seat is expiring. I have attached a screen shot. I'm not sure how to direct message you from the email I use for the account. I don't see an email address.

Hi,

Fusion says it is expiring in 14 days. Do you have an update on the issue? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

The software is still showing that it will expire. I filled out the form to confirm my access, but it does not seem to complete. The message is that my access is confirmed. I tied to click on the button to access Fusion, but it is not working. I hope you can help with the problem.

@vkellerYANYQ Apologies for getting back late. So did check with the backend team and internally it shows that your subscription expires on October 19th, 2025 for the email ID you provided.

1. Can you login to Fusion , get a snapshot of what I shows on the expiry
2. Then go into help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility - Gather system info - Attach the diagnostics logs.zip file please?
