Fusion doesn't start

Hello,

recently my Fusion has the issue that it starts, sometime, eventually in like an hour or more and if startet it cant be used either. Now I have worked through the troubleshooting form but the issue seems to be still there.
Since I have achieved my degree and wont be registered at my university shortly, I am guessing this could cause the issue but I cant find a way to check that.

I would be greatfull to find a solution because I love Fusion.

Thank you for your help.

Hi @goldschmidt.moritz  Can you tell us what trouble shooting steps you have done so we can potentially suggest new things to try?

I don’t think this is related to your expiration date.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi @goldschmidt.moritz

A few questions / suggestions.

  1. Does this issue occur on different networks / internet connections?
  2. Please try to run Fusion 360 from a browser (Chrome is preferred) by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with). Let us know if this is successful
  3. If your not able to run Fusion from a browser, please try the following to acquire a Fusion 360 Education license.
    1. Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility.
    2. To get or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Then click "ACCESS"

  1. Launch Fusion 360.
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

Please keep us posted.

Hello,

thank you for your checklist.

I dont see how I can check point 1 so I dont think thats the problem. The issue exists on my laptop and my main pc.

Launching Fusion from chrome worked. Its kinda laggy but it works at least.
I got Fusion of the link you provided and reinstalled Fusion, but Fusion doesnt want to start. But I think my pc took the installation more serious this time 😄 It took longer then usual. Never the less it still doesent start.

I waited long enough to finally get fusion started and the job status says busy. It also says that several issues are going to be fixed but when I want to monitor these I get to a website, where everything is marked green and ok.

I switched off the online mode and back on again and it seems that it cant get back online. My internet connection on the other hand is ok.

Hi @goldschmidt.moritz

Can you verify that your network ports, domains, and proxy server options are set correctly.

Keep us posted.

Sorry for the late response.

I couldn't work on the problem. I am also not using windows standard firewall, instead I am using Kaspersky Sercurity. Therefor I have to look up all the guides for checking Ports and proxyservers.

Regarding proxys. I dont use them at the moment I think.
It still doesent work but i cant tell for sure that the solutions you provided are not part of the issue.
