Fusion doesn't let me sign in after launching

Hello - I am using Fusion for education and have been assigned an HP computer where fusion is preinstalled. I launch it to sign in and it takes me to my chrome browser where I enter my email and my password (which I have triple checked are correct on iPhone, Macbook, and chromebook) and it tells me my credentials are incorrect. I need to use this computer and am not sure how to fix this problem. Please let me know what you think asap

Yes I can login there - the account seems to work everywhere but on that device through the launcher.

@ema_kaludjer Lets try another test.

1. Go to http://login.autodesk360.com
2. From there navigate to a design - Open in desktop

Does this now launch the design in Fusion?

Hello! I was able to fix this problem by going to my other device and clicking forgot password on my autodesk account. This then sent a link to my email, which I copy pasted in my windows and it allowed me to reset my password there on that computer and then I was able to log into fusion, and it has worked ever since. Thank you!
