I saved a file in another tab, closed the tab, then these black bars appeared:

Do these bars appear every time you do this workflow: "I saved a file in another tab, closed the tab, then these black bars appeared." Is there any other time you see this? Similarly, do you find that this happens more with any specific set up? ie external monitors, using mac "desktop spaces", etc?
