Fusion design created from step file won't open

Hi

I have uploaded a STEP file and converted it to Fusion with "Create Fusion Design", but when I try to open it is says Failed and that the design does not contain any bodies or sketches.

The step file opens fine in on line step viewers and Fusion shows correct thumbnails of the design in the project window.

What could the reason be for this, and how can I mitigate it?

Hi,

1. imported STEP files do not contain sketches.

2. share the file to take a look.
