I tried to re-install, but the pop-up said I already had the recent version installed. When asked if I wanted to open Fusion I got the same errors. I'm assuming I have to uninstall, then reinstall. I'm also assuming that I'll lose all of my local tools, settings, etc?
I uninstalled, got some errors (same ones and a few additional, didn't write them down) and re-installed. Everything seems ok, so far.
Try going to control panel programs and features, right click Fusion and select Change
Then try repair on the service utility.

Before reinstalling Fusion, I tried going to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Autodesk Fusion > Modify, but it gave me the same errors when it's trying to launch the Fusion Service Utility. I have since reinstalled Fusion, and it fixed the problem. I have checked that this method also launches the Fusion Service Utility.
