Hi,
Most likely this is not a “random crash”, but a broken feature in the timeline.
Typical pattern: works → crash → reopen → crash again = rebuild fails.
Try this:
- Open Version History and restore a version before the crash
- Start Fusion with Graphics Acceleration OFF (to rule out GPU)
- If it opens – suppress last features step by step
- If possible – Export as STEP and reimport (to clean corruption)
- Clear local cache:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Web Services
If older versions open fine → the issue is in the last operations.
Also worth checking what workspace / feature caused the first crash.
