Fusion crashes when I try to work on one of my designs

I have some work to do and when I go to open my design in the latest Fusion 360 it comes up and is very sluggish to manipulate (pan around, etc).  There are a couple components out of date so I click to update those and Fusion crashes.  In the lower right it says something like preparing to compute and then I get the crash window.  I relaunch and repeat and it crashes every time.

I have submitted the error reports (most recent is 765069350 or 765067879).  Can someone let me know what is happening?  I am in a pinch and really need this to work asap.
