fusion crashes when i try to open a specific project

Hi,

I have a fusion 360 issue and thought I would ask you guys.

I was working on a project when it staled and I got the spinning disc of death (iMac user). I let it run for about 10 min then fours quit and restarted Fusion. Now when I try to open that project file it has the "updating graphics" bar at the bottom right for a moment but then I get the spinning disc again and nothing happens.

I did try importing into another project and copying it to a new project but nothing works.

My other projects open up fine so I'm wondering if that project file has become corrupted? Can it be fixed?

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Jonny

@norgmonster Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. It is difficult to say what had happened here but would you mind inviting me to your project? This will let us investigate into what could be happening? You can invite my email rajDOTkumarDOTilanchelilanATautodeskDOTcom.

Please also send your log files from Help->Diagnostic and support - Diagnostic log files -> This will generate a zip file that you can attach here.

you don't have to send me the design as an attachment.

1. Right click on the design in the data panel

2. Select share public link

3. This will enable you to share this with me via a url

4. PM me the url

This will help me to download the file.
