Hi,

I found a couple crash reports from you. Please do send every one of them when you get the chance.

In this case the crash report doesn't show much detail. Could you please try this:

1. Cause the crash again

2. Send the report

3. Gather diagnostic logs (Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic log files)

4. Paste the logs zip file and report number in a response here.

Thanks in advance. Glad to look into it.

Thanks. Please let me know if you find the cause (or can share the case number). I'd like to get this fixed in development.

The root issue that was found in this case was the image file that is attached with the template, once that was removed, the file was able to print.

Another workaround that works is to save the file as pdf and then send to print.
