Fusion crashes when creating a setup

Hi all, I'm new to CAM but trying to learn to create some toolpaths. However whenever I try to create a setup, Fusion crashes. I thought it might be my model at first (although it is simple) but I can recreate the error 100% of the time in a new file with no model present. I am doing the following:

  1. Click Manufacture
  2. Select new setup
  3. Click OK (both with and without changing any settings)

Fusion stops responding, and after a few seconds I get a spinning wheel and the browser section turns black.

I have spent a lot of time googling common suggestions and have tried so far, with no change:

  • Changing to DX9
  • Disabling Gsync
  • Updating to the latest nvidia drivers
  • Clearing cache data from Fusion
  • Repair from the utility
  • Uninstall and reinstall
  • Full manual clean uninstall and reinstall

Does anyone have suggestions for how I can resolve this? I am running an i5-10600 with a 3070 and 16Gb RAM. I've attached my diagnostic logs if they are any help.

I've just found that if I create a new windows user account and install Fusion, it works fine under the new account. So the problem is either a running program in my main account, or some dreg of the Fusion install somewhere. How can I figure out what it is?
