Fusion crashes at login

Every time I try to open fusion it sticks out an error just at the moment I try to log in.

It all started, when I updated to the latest version of Fusion.

I’ve tried everything(
Reinstalling, uninstalling the app completely, updated mac os to the latest version, texted support and sent numerous reports.

I would so much appreciate your help, guys!

Thank you.

@mark_gm_mail As @khalidlib mentioned make sure that the time is synced and the crash reports shows that it is likely related to network as well.

1. IF possible restart the machine and connect to a different network (say a mobile hotspot) and see if that launches.
2. What macOS are you on? In the privacy and security settings are there anything blocked by macOS?
3. IF you turn off internet to your machine and launch Fusion does it crash?

Hello @RajkumarIlanchelian and @khalidlib

Thank you for your time.

1) I’ve restarted the Mac of course, checked the date, its up to date) tried different networks Both at Home, in my Friends house and 2 different hotspots, doesn’t make a difference(

2) i’m on Mac OS 15.0.1 Sequoia.
I have no Idea what could have changed since the update of Fusion, but it used to work properly and I didn’t change anything in privacy and security settings.

3) when i turn off the internet, Fusion pops up an error message “no internet connection” at start up and crashes afterwards…

I would so much appreciate help, thank you!

@mark_gm_mail Can you go to the below page and there is an update to Autodesk Identify in that article at the bottom. Can you please:

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to Activity monitor
3. look for Autodesk Identity manager - end task
4. Restart machine
5. Now install the file from this article
6. Now launch Fusion

I have read all the forums, articles with the same problem, checking the logs.

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services/Log/IdServices.log

I have found the solution.

The existence of a private key was repeatedly mentioned.

You have to open your "KeyChain" app search for "AdskIdentityManager" is a private key, delete and restart the Login process.

And vuala already starts with all the normality.

When solving this issue I found this article explaining the same thing from Autodesk itself: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Stuck-in-Sign-in-l...
