Fusion crashes as soon as I try to open a file

Noticed my work pc could not open files I had modified at home.  I figured it was a version mismatch so I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Now anytime I try to open a file fusion crashes instantly.  No pop up or error report at all.

Uninstalled and reinstalled again.  Same issue.  Updated video card drivers, no change. Cleared the cache, no change.

Opening an old file I had backed up in .f3d works fine.  So does making a new model but anything in the cloud crashes instantly.

Tried going to my profile and downloading a .f3d file from there.  Opening it caused fusion to crash instantly.

Making a new file and saving it works.  I can close and reopen it without issue.

Logs attached.  I can't openly upload one of the files because it's a customers part but could email a .f3d file direct.

@adilYR2DU Would it be possible to invite me into this project that you have all the files that are crashing? rajDOTkumarDOTilanchelianATautodeskDOTcom is the email you can use to invite.

"Opening an old file I had backed up in .f3d works fine" - Is this on your local backup?

The .f3d file was saved locally. The issue was resolved but I performed a few actions before I was able to open files again. I am not sure which action specifically solved the problem but I will list the steps I took.

First I went to a different PC that is not mine but I knew was running the most recent version of fusion (2.0.12157). I signed on to my profile and was able to open programs from that PC. I was at least able to determine the files were not corrupted in cloud storage.

Next I uninstalled fusion again on one of my devices, but this time erased all the cache files and registry entries associated with fusion. When I reinstalled the software, all of my user preferences, settings, and libraries were reset, but I was able to run fusion normally on all my devices. I have all my libraries and post process settings backed up locally so no harm done.

Glad that you got it working but still can't explain why it did not get to open in the first place.
