Fusion crashed last night during a rendering session and wouldnt restart. I rebooted my computer and Fusion opened successfully but I am unable to open any files that were not saved locally on my computer. I am getting the following error message. And I will attach the diagnostic logs below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@srirachachicken5 thank you for providing the log files. There are a couple of things we would like you to do which we believe will resolve this issue.

Before you do the below, can you check to see if you have any pending uploads? (In the top right corner look for the clock icon and click on view job status. In the data tab do you see any pending uploads? ) If you do see then please don't yet do the below.

1. Go to C:\users\USER ID\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\a UNIQUE ID folder (insider the folder are folders like logs/P.login etc). Please back up this Unique ID folder

2. launch Fusion 360 - > Go to Help - > Support and Diagnostics -> Clear cache data (This will ask for a restart, please do a restart)

3. Now when you access these files are you able to open them?

@srirachachicken5 One more thing our engineers found in the logs is that you are very low on disk space and that could be impacting downloading of the files which in turn causes issues with open. Can you also check to free up disk space and see if this is still an issue?

Hi @srirachachicken5,

Thank you for sharing log files. The log file shows that your PC has disk free space issue(0% percent free). Also noticed that you did free up disk space. Your issue may related with disk space issue. Please let us know if you faced the same issue even you had enough disk space.
Regards,
Dooyoul.
