Fusion is constantly crashing for me on startup when using a particular email address, my other email address works fine.

I have repaired, reset and reinstalled maybe 50 times to no avail. I am going mad!

@mark.johnsonAN52R Can you please direct message me the email ID? I can check in the back end. Also when Fusion crashes does it bring up a report ID? If so can you share the report ID here?

@mark.johnsonAN52R Thanks for sending the email. The backend looks good. Can we try to log into https://login.autodesk360.com/login and see if you can successfully login?

@mark.johnsonAN52R Can we Identity by the below steps?

  1. Close Fusion
    2. Go to Finder  - Go – Goto folder
    3. Type ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk
  2. Delete the Identity Service folder
  3. Now restart Fusion – login

I did that. I cleared out everything. Complete uninstall, removal of all
of those things, fresh install.

@mark.johnsonAN52R Ok. Can you please collect the logs on this machine but before that please do the following as well.

1. Logout and close Fusion
2. Go to Launchpad - Launch Fusion service utility
3. Run the Reset Fusion
4. Now launch Fusion
5. Sign in with the problem account
6. Once it crashes go back to Fusion service utility
7. Gather system info
Please attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

@mark.johnsonAN52R @This is likely tied up to a screen layout or relation that is likely cached in your machine that is now missing.

Does this machine have multiple monitors? If you can you disconnect and try?

Also, can you search for the file NULastDisplayedLayout.xml in Applications under USERS not the system but users and delete that file and start Fusion again?

I do at times use more than one display but right now it isn't connected.

I can't find that file anywhere on my machine.

I've just opened Fusion in a different part of school, i.e a different APN and now it is working.

Could it be an APN issue?

@mark.johnsonAN52R @Now it’s working as in on the machine it was previously not? It’s certainly a cache that was associated to that user that was causing the issue.

Yes it is working on the machine it wasn't before.

I will shortly go and try it in the original location to see if I have the
same issue.

It appears this was random. It is still crashing in various places. I haven't been able to get in anywhere.

My latest report ID is 807935771.

@mark.johnsonAN52R You are crashing on the same machine as before? And ONLY on that machine?
