Fusion cloud credit purchase bug

Attempting to make use of the new generative design feature in my newly updated Fusion360 legacy subscription. Two issues became apparent:

1. The 100 credits supposedly available with the subscription are not accessible.

2. Selecting the "Buy credits" button in the Generate dialog within the Generattive design section takes me to the generic buy Autocad products page. Searching for "Fusion360 Cloud credits" reveals no items but the referenced help article simply parrots what I had already done to get to the page...

Additionally I tried buying credits via the render page which took me to a blank page at ipp.autodesk.com.

Hi @eng,

Thanks for posting. Can you take some screenshots of what you see? I want to see where it says you do not have any credits available. I can see in your account that you should have 100 available.

Also - when you select Buy Credits, it should take you to manage.autodesk.com where you can buy credits. Where is it taking you where you see AutoCAD, or anything along those lines? Can you provide screenshots or URLs?

Thanks,
