Fusion closes when I go to manufacturing environment

Since the last windows update, every time I try to enter the manufacturing environment regardless of model fusion immediately closes without an error

I've tried reinstalling and the problem persisted

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

I assume you do get the error reports? If you do get them can you send them in? (Capturing a report ID the next time this happens would also help).

Also can you please extract and attach your diagnostic files? Those are found here:

I've never seen an error report to give you a number for it just closes and when I restart its normal until I go to mfg

@Anonymous @Can you please check if you have any pending Fusion update and if you are on 2.0.9719 version? We add a fix fir a very similar issue that you called out here.

I'm getting an error that the update has failed I'm on version  2.0.9642

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Can you please try to install again with below mentioned ways.

"The update failed to complete..." when trying to update Fusion 360

@Anonymous Can you also please collect the diagnostic log files that could help us see what is happening? once you collect the log, you can simply reinstall over the build you have an I believe that should get you on the latest build).

ok that worked i was able to update to the latest version and the issue resolved thank you
