Fusion becomes unresponsive when doing certain actions

I'm having issues since the first time I installed Fusion 360.

Saving a project (including autosaves) takes up to a minute if not more.

Starting fusion 360 and doing nothing other than pressing 'a' to bring up the appearance menu freezes the software for like 10 minutes.

I tried:
- repairing
- reinstalling
- changing graphics driver
- whitelisting fusion in windows defender

None of these helped.

 

Other parts of the software are working well (pretty much exclusively using the design workspace).

 

I have a good PC (64gb ram, i7-13700KF, RTX 4080), running Windows 10.
I'm using a 500Gb wired internet connection.

 

I ran the Fusion utility to create some diagnostics, see attachments.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
