Fusion 360 working fine, crashes, wont reopen, error when reinstall

Ive attached the error log, I've followed options online and still cant reinstall fusion to a working condition

@conorcorry @Can you please try the below? 

1. Close Fusion
2. Uninstall Fusion, then:
3. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
4. Delete your Fusion launcher shortcut
5. Download the installer again
6. Now install
