Fusion 360 won't start

Hello, I've running Fusion 360 on a new computer for about a month now and its been working fine.  Today however it will not start.  About the time the tool bar is displayed it just goes away.  Fusion help desk could not figure out what is wrong.  I've tried un-installing and re-installing and it does not help.  Any suggestions?

You need to think back, what have you changed on your system, did you install any new applications, update any drivers, change your system time Fusion 360 hates this.  You can also help out by posting your log files.  You can use this web article to help you get them.

Thanks John.  The only thing I did was change the output for the sound.  However, in reading thru some of the posts I saw a recommendation to disconnect from the internet and start Fusion.  I did that and it started fine.  I think reconnected the internet and I was able to see my project folders.  I then shut down fusion, restarted it and all was good.  Not sure what the problem was or how it was actually fixed but I'm happy its working again.

 

I think there may have been some internet issues and perhaps fusion stalled while communicating with the cloud and then it hung.   

 

All is good now and I'm back to designing..............
