Fusion 360 will run after install on new Windows 10

I just installed Fusion 360 on a new Windows 10 pc. I have another PC which is identical, and I had no issues at all. This install looks to be complete and when I click the Fusion shortcut on the desktop, nothing happens. No error message, no launch screen. I already uninstalled the program and ran fusion clean uninstall tool. Rebooted the computer. Did a fresh install and I'm experiencing the same problem. Please advise. Thank you.

Probably a stupid question but have you double clicked the desktop icon?
