Hi @kariD9GSU

How is your network connection? Fusion might be trying to save to the cloud but can't access. Can you collect your diagnostic log files and post the .zip here?

Here you go - I have attached the zip

Also, should I or can i delete any of the file in the attached screen shot?

Thank you!

Kari

Hi @kariD9GSU

I would try following the steps in this article.

Note step 3:

"Copy the entire Q directory and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml to a different directory for safe keeping."

Make sure you do this so you don't lose any data in the process. This file contains your files that are "stuck" in the upload queue.

Let me know how that goes!

Hi Karina,

I can not get this to go away.

I tried what was suggested.  Very hard to find the folders on my computer. Does Autodesk have anyone to walk me through this over the phone?

Thank you,

K

If you didn't save when you press exit or save close to when you are exiting the program, the file will require upload to the cloud due to the way Fusion 360 is designed.

Make sure you save way ahead of closing if you are worried about uploading times.  Otherwise it may not be a wise choice to choose fusion 360 for your project.

Alternatively you could always just save locally and click quit now every time and avoid the cloud save functionality.

The message is clear. Issue is the permission your account has on the project and nothing related to the install of the Fusion 360.

Is Fusion still stuck uploading or are you able to save files?

Phone support is only available to customers under paid subscriptions and can be accessed here.

That warning may be due to permissions errors, when did it happen? Were you uploading a file or trying to open a shared file?
