Fusion 360 will not start

I have been trying for two days to get Fusion 360 to open and it keeps giving me an error and sending me to an article about Mac Os from May 2021. I followed the steps and deleted this file NsCloudBrowserCache.dat, but my application still won't up. I re-downloaded Fusion 360 and cleared up some space on my hard drive but nothing is working. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue. 

P.S. I designed something and was able to save it 3 days ago, so this issue is fairly new.

@hightowerbl Thank you for submitting the error report. I was able to see the error report from our end. Can you try a couple of things?

1. In the activity monitor, ensure that there is no Fusion 360 process left running

2. In the spot light, search for Fusion 360 service utility (or this is available in the launchpad)

3. When this utility launches, choose the "Reset Fusion 360" - Check the "Keep offline user data"

4. Once this is done, now launch Fusion 360
